Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers on board the aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed flight reports.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of passengers at all times;
- Apply emergency and safety procedures in compliance with Transport Canada regulations, company policies, and procedures;
- Actively participate in team briefings and debriefings;
- Responsible for the pre- and post-flight condition of the cabin and onboard supplies;
- Provide exceptional customer service before and during the flight, serve beverages and snacks, respond to passenger inquiries, and make announcements as needed;
- Assist the flight crew in emergency situations;
Permanent / Part-time position
- Weekday schedule, 2 to 3 days per week;
- Two weeks of paid training at minimum wage.
Requirements:
- College diploma or other relevant post-secondary education;
- Bilingual (English/French), spoken and written;
- Previous flight attendant experience (an asset);
- Resourceful and autonomous;
- Customer service experience;
- Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work 13-hour shifts;
- Valid passport;
- Eligible to work in the United States.
