Flight Attendant

Reporting to the Chief Pilot, the Flight Attendant is responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers on board the aircraft.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete detailed flight reports.
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of passengers at all times;
  • Apply emergency and safety procedures in compliance with Transport Canada regulations, company policies, and procedures;
  • Actively participate in team briefings and debriefings;
  • Responsible for the pre- and post-flight condition of the cabin and onboard supplies;
  • Provide exceptional customer service before and during the flight, serve beverages and snacks, respond to passenger inquiries, and make announcements as needed;
  • Assist the flight crew in emergency situations;

Permanent / Part-time position

  • Weekday schedule, 2 to 3 days per week;
  • Two weeks of paid training at minimum wage.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or other relevant post-secondary education;
  • Bilingual (English/French), spoken and written;
  • Previous flight attendant experience (an asset);
  • Resourceful and autonomous;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work 13-hour shifts;
  • Valid passport;
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
